At Amadeus, we are driven by innovation. We are ever alert to new technologies, solutions and organizations with the potential to improve the travel experience for all. Each year we invite a number of companies doing just that to join the Amadeus Startup Universe and today I am delighted to unveil the class of 2025.

The initiative is designed to create a bridge between high potential start-ups and travel industry experts. It is part of a wider commitment to create a travel industry ecosystem, where existing companies can come together with startups to work together to drive our industry forward.

For participants, this means amplified exposure from day one, potentially increasing the number of collaborations with corporations on offer. On the other side of the coin, the program brings access to curated high potential startups to travel industry experts.

Whether they are looking for innovative players serving a specific travel segment, or are ready to implement solutions within specific business areas, experts can search and filter startups to help find the best match.

A focus on innovation

We have this year added 11 interesting new companies to the project, organizations which are solving pain points for our industry.

Our handpicked startups offer a variety of solutions, varying from airport operations, sustainability and data analysis to the deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Below we would like to introduce the startups that have joined this year and we hope this opens the door to meaningful opportunities for all.

The Trip Boutique is an AI-powered B2B SaaS company transforming travel brands with hyper-personalized client relationships.
Blinkoo empowers travel players with authentic user-generated video content.

During a trip:

BagTag digitalizes baggage. Combining technology with seamless integration, it simplifies baggage handling for passengers and crew.
Sigma Air Mobility provides comprehensive solutions to advanced air mobility challenges.
Outsight software uses the capabilities of 3D lidar data for uninterrupted and anonymous passenger tracking, real-time queue and curbside activity monitoring.
tRetail Labs empowers travel, F&B and retail with intelligent data tools, optimizing decision-making for enhanced customer service and profitability.

Operations:

BeCause offers a sustainability data hub for travel, enabling data management, ESG compliance, certification support and open data sharing for travel and hospitality players.
Bicycle analyzes operational data 24/7, providing insights on revenue-critical issues and opportunities — and recommends fast, precise action.
InputSoft is a SaaS solution, it optimizes and revolutionizes airport ground operations through digital transformation.
hivr.ai boosts meeting and group sales for hotels and venues by leveraging AI to automate pricing, aggregates demand from platforms and seamlessly integrates bookings into supply systems.
